I recently purchased the Cadco XAF-183 Full Size Convection Oven with Manual Controls and Humidity, 208-240-Volt/4600-Watt, Stainless/Black and I’m very pleased with it. The heavy duty stainless construction is very sturdy and the squirrel cage fan circulates more air in less time for faster baking.
