The hot surface indicator is a great safety feature and the pan size sensor heats the element to the size of your cookware and turns off when no pan is present. The temperature level settings range from 120°F to 460°F and the power level settings range from 300W to 1800W on the left burner and 300W to 1300W on the right burner.
